Hiding answer options dynamically on a multi-punch

Hey fellow users!
I have a feature I'd like to add to a multi-punch question. In this particular survey, I have a question that doesn't allow certain answer combinations.
I can ensure correct selection with validation upon submission but to cut out some frustration, I want to be able to "grey out" certain options when one is selected. i.e. options 1-15, cannot combine 1,8,13 - so when 1 is selected 8&13 are unselectable. There are many of these combinations so it needs to be dynamic on screen. Any suggestions are appreciated.
