Hi there, if you still need, this can be put in place by including CSS in the question text. Using the Rich Content Editor's HTML/Source view "<>", try updating the Question Text with the below:
Click here to write question text.
Looks okay for Flat theme, but tweak the values as needed for other Layouts.
