[CLOSED] | Live Digital CX Training on 11/21 Hosted by the DX Product Manager

We know how much you love innovation, which is why we are excited to share this unique learning opportunity with the community! The product team has made several enhancements to the CustomerXM for Digital product, and they are excited to share all of these updates with each of you.

On Thursday (11/21) from 10:00am to 10:45am PT, our very own Digital CX Product Manager, Sachin Goregaoker, will host a live view into what’s new in your Digital CX product. During the 45-minute session, Sachin and his team will do a deep dive on what’s recently been developed in CustomerXM for Digital, how you can get more out of your digital investment, and answer any of your questions.

So what exactly will you learn during this session? Glad you asked! For the first 30-minutes, the team will cover the following:

Mobile and Accessibility Enhancements

  • Mobile Responsiveness: Empowers you to deploy mobile responsive feedback dialog intercepts and buttons, with an easy to use and intuitive authoring tool.
  • Accessibility: New creatives for web and the Mobile SDK that now have out-of-the-box accessibility enhancements.

Partner Integrations

  • Adobe Launch Integration: Gives you the ability to quickly create and deploy feedback intercepts across all of your digital properties.

Insights and Dashboard Enhancements

  • XMI Customer Ratings and Benchmarks: Allows you to measure the overall digital experience (Mobile & Web) across 17 industries.
  • Threshold Alerts: Gives you the ability to track metrics and send notifications (email and push) when a metric drops below a defined threshold.
