Hello, I'm looking to conduct a study to measure the following items listed below. However, instead of me re-inventing the wheel and developing a custom research protocol, I'd like to find an existing protocol (questions) that have been vetted and backed. Items number 4 below is pretty straight forward but I'm wondering if anyone has an existing survey they can point me to for the remaining items?

2. Measure CRM influence on driving the incremental retail purchase
3. Measure the impact of CRM on driving brand loyalty
4. Customer satisfaction with the CRM program
5. Measure the appropriate email cadence and contact preference
