Progress bar not showing correct percentage
We noticed that in our custom theme, the 100% in the progress bar is showing as 1 in real survey while in preview mode, it's showing correctly as 100%. Even if we move to the pages, the progress bar is working fine but on opposite ends, we were supposed to see 0% on the left and 100% on the right. But it's showing as just 1. Any advise please? Thank you.

if you haven't yet launched your survey, I've found that "try, try again" sometimes works in the tool; unpublish, change the percentage, republish, then unpublish again, change to the percentage you'd like, and then publish again

Hi @grayat! If you are still experiencing this issue, you will need to reach out to a Brand Admin from your organization so they can file a ticket with the Qualtrics Themes team through the Support Portal!
