Anyone know how to edit the html behind a question?

Does anyone know how to edit the question itself, not just text. I want to totally remove the "Click to write the question text" completely so it is not even there or minimized to its smallest size and then extend the "1. Rate your overall experience" so it doesnt wrap like it is now. Is this possible in Qualtrics? **ignore the spelling and gramatical errors, just trying to mock something up>

For issue 1: Go to html mode and replace the text with " "
issue 2: just drag the line which will allign

@Appzk Thanks for your responses. That would be true on a matrix table, but this is a slider, which doesn't have that nice feature. I ended up using CSS to get the desired effect.

For the first issue, I can certainly hide the text, but my intention was to remove that entire legend. Unfortunately, each legend isn't unique and when you remove 1, you remove all.

Our UX team actually changed their direction, so I was able to utilize the question as it was designed.
