I have a question. I have sent out the survey link prepared in qualtrics to 20600 students in my college. Apparently, for most students, the survey email reached their junk folder. I checked with my IT team and they tried whitelist the qualtrics servers but still the issue is persisting.
can anyone assist me what other steps my IT team can do so the next email (reminder) I send to the students will reach their inbox?
