Can I send a new link to a someone that has already been sent a link? They are getting error messages when they try to access the original link they were sent.

Hi kwsavoy - if you have not yet already, we'd recommend checking out this support page about Retake Links. We'd otherwise recommend reaching out to our Support team, if you have not yet already, as there are a lot of settings that may cause an error message and they will best be able to assist in troubleshooting.
