Attention: Many links on this page link back to pages regarding standard Qualtrics surveys, not just 360 surveys. Detailed below are the differences you will need to be aware of on each page. While some content may look slightly different when creating your 360 survey, feature functionality remains the same.

About Advanced Questions

360 surveys offer two advanced question types: Timing and Meta Info Question. The Timing question is a hidden question that can be added on any page of your survey to track and manage the time a participant spends on that page; the Meta Info question is a hidden question that will track and report basic information about your participants, such as their operating system and browser. Both of these questions types are available in standard Qualtrics surveys.

Advanced questions in the question type dropdown menu

Timing

The Timing question type works the exact same way in 360 surveys as it does in Survey Platform surveys. For more information, visit the Survey Platform’s Timing support page. Note that the information described on the linked page for Data & Analysis applies to the Data tab in 360.

Meta Info Question

The Meta Info Question question type works the exact same way in 360 surveys as it does in Survey Platform surveys. For more information, visit the Survey Platform’s Meta Info Question support page. Note that the information described on the linked page for Data & Analysis applies to the Data tab in 360.
