In this session, we’ll cover the roadmap of the CustomerXM product highlighting exciting new features and functionalities that might be of interest to you. In addition, we’re excited to do a deep dive product session on the hot topic of Text Analytics in Customer Experience.

We hope you’ll leave with a good grounding in the topics and have an opportunity to meet some of our other product champions. And don't forget to come prepared with questions - there’ll be a live Q&A on the day.
