Employee listening: Employees whose organisations formally “listened” to them during the heart of the pandemic, reported significantly higher engagement and wellbeing .
Safety: Many employees are still concerned about going back into the office – but there are several factors that make them feel more comfortable.
Key drivers during the pandemic: Key drivers of engagement and well-being were largely the same – and heavily influenced by the frequency and quality of communications from leaders.
Manager enablement: Ratings of manager support were very high across the globe but when perceptions of this were low, employees really struggled.
