Qualtrics Now Available for Wider Use by U.S. Federal Agencies
It’d be impossible to list all the ways federal agencies affect our daily lives. They work to safeguard our national security, monitor our environmental resources, provide for health services, and so much more. We’re pleased to announce an agreement that will help make the Voice of the Citizen more accessible to decision makers in these organizations.
With its inclusion on the list of cloud service providers listed on DigitalGov.gov, Qualtrics’ industry-leading software is now available for use by federal agencies generally without the need to enter into special arrangements with Qualtrics. This streamlines access for agencies, and puts them one step closer to the insights they need.
“We’re excited to make it even easier for federal agencies and departments to access our robust customer experience and research capabilities,” said Ryan Smith, co-founder and CEO of Qualtrics. “Many federal agencies already use Qualtrics, including the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, where Qualtrics powers the feedback for healthcare.gov. This agreement, however, will make it easier and more efficient for additional federal organizations to access the power of Qualtrics.”
As you can imagine, the federal government has stringent requirements for software. Qualtrics continues to be committed to the security and privacy of all its users and provides industry-leading security protection for all customers using its service.
