Evolving continuous listening programs: What really adds value and what just sounds good on paper?

Welcome to our Employee Experience (EX) User Group! We created this forum to provide you with a platform for peer-to-peer exchange for HR Managers. Hear from our customers about their EX Programs, how they have set up their listening programs, how they manage challenges, which best practices they have established and what they have achieved. The meeting will be hosted in english or in german, depending on the participants. If we have non german speaking participants, we will hold the session in english.
Our Agenda
This time we have a guest speaker from SAP: Dr. Max Mühlenbock, Senior Project Consultant and Co-Program Lead for SAP’s Global Continuous Listening Program. Max
will focus his presentation on the global employee feedback surveys, their cadence, and how to best use micro-pulse formats to get data which is relevant and does not just end up in a dashboard. After the presentation of Max we open up the session for questions and a group discussion.

Dr. Max Mühlenbock
Senior Project Consultant and Co-Program Lead for SAP’s Global Continuous Listening Program
After finishing his PhD at the University of Mannheim (Germany) in the area of HR Data Science at the end of 2019, he joined the People Insights Team at SAP and has since been responsible for the execution of multiple people analytics projects as well as the management of the global employee feedback program #Unfiltered. Next to his work at SAP, he is also a board member of the HR think tank Goinger Kreis e.V. and lecturer at the Mannheim Business School for topics such as people analytics and sustainable people management. Max is 32 years old and lives in Mannheim, Germany.
