Christophe Martel is the CEO and co-founder of TI People Inc. an experience company that helps organizations enrich people’s experiences at work by unleashing the power of experience data intelligence. Prior to TI People, Christophe held a variety of leadership roles at CEB (now Gartner), most recently serving as CHRO and member of the executive committee, following many years as the Executive director for EMEA. Prior to joining CEB, Christophe held business leadership roles in the software industry in Europe, APAC and EMEA. Christophe holds a MSc and DEA in Geophysics from ENSG in France.
