Breakthrough Artist Award: Seeking the world’s best experience breakthroughs

To honor the best breakthroughs transforming the way organizations take action to close experience gaps, Qualtrics launched the Qualtrics Breakthrough Artist Awards. These awards shine a light on revolutionary teams, and are given annually to five breakthrough organizations:
- XM Breakthrough Artist – Brands practicing experience management to fundamentally improve their business.
- CX Breakthrough Artist – Delighting customers to deliver breakthrough results.
- BX Breakthrough Artist – Using X-data to energize your brand.
- EX Breakthrough Artist – Dramatically improving the employee experience.
- PX Breakthrough Artist – Brands using XM to deliver products people love.
We’re delighted to announce submissions for the 2020 Qualtrics Breakthrough Artist Awards are now open.
Winners of the awards will be presented on the mainstage at the 2020 X4 Summit, and will receive a breakthrough trophy – a guitar exclusively made by Yamaha and branded for the breakthrough artist.
Companies that win this coveted prize are thought leaders in experience management. Past winners include L.L. Bean, American Express, Coca-Cola, Belkin, and SoFi.
To enter, submit a brief application here before Jan 10 2020. Applications will be judged by category by a committee of Qualtrics leaders. To improve your chances of winning, focus on showing tangible business results like lower employee churn, improved sales, successful product launches, and growing brand equity.
