Email Acceptable Use Policy
You are responsible for following the laws and regulations applicable to your country or origin and usage of the Qualtrics platform, including the CAN-SPAM Act. These regulations may require you to obtain confirmed opt-in (COI) from your recipients prior to sending emails. Use of unconfirmed third-party lists is prohibited. We reserve the right to require you to document the opt-in process and provide that documentation to us upon request.
We monitor email messages for spam. We may decline to send a message or block you from using our email infrastructure if:
- Our scan detects abusive or low quality emails (spam)
- The bounce rate is excessive
- The complaint rate is excessive
- Your use involves phishing, malware distribution, linking to an unrelated site, or other malicious behaviors
