Isabelle is the Head of Thought Leadership and an XM Catalyst with the Qualtrics XM Institute. As part of her role, Isabelle helps large organizations build and operate successful experience management (XM) programs by producing industry-leading content on XM trends and best practices, developing and delivering training, advising organizations on the design of their XM programs, and speaking on key XM topics and trends.

Ellen leads the Qualtrics Intelligence Platform product team where she drives the strategy for analytics and NLP products. She is an established thought leader in language technologies and experience management. Ellen has built her career by developing strong, respected teams, and innovative products that redefine the status quo in existing markets.

Matt Evans

Head of EX Product Science // Qualtrics

Matt leads the Employee Experience Product Science team at Qualtrics. For the past 15 years, Matt has worked alongside HR leaders across the world to design and implement culture and engagement programs. Matt also partners with IT leaders to help understand and improve the employee technology experience. He has led global employee experience research efforts at Qualtrics and co-founded the Qualtrics AI Ethics Advisory Committee. Matt’s areas of speciality include: research & survey design, digital experience, group facilitation, strategic planning, people analytics, organizational development, performance management, change management, leadership development & coaching.
