VIRTUAL EVENT EXPERIENCE

The intersection of optimizing patient access, quality, and the financial health of your system

March 28, 2024 / 4 PM CT / 5 PM ET

Join us for an event where Dr. Patrick McGill and Maggie Gentry, along with Julie Keller, will discuss how Community Health Network used modern experience management in healthcare to re-engage patients, expand access, and deepen relationships.

The event will begin with a wine and cheese tasting hosted by a professional sommelier. Following the tasting, there will be a discussion about Community Health Network's current end-to-end XM footprint, including channels, touchpoints, and listening posts. The discussion will focus on how they tackled their access challenge and what financial outcomes they experienced. Additionally, the discussion will cover how Community Health Network balances real-time experience management with regulatory feedback points and explore their recent innovative use cases.

The event will conclude with a live Q&A session, and we would be delighted to have you join us!

Thank you for your interest. This event has hit capacity.
