This 3-hour workshop is designed to revolutionize your approach to achieving educational performance outcomes by placing learners at the heart of decision-making processes. It will equip you with the principles and tools necessary to implement a human-centered approach in your educational institution.

Led by Dr. Heimbrock, the workshop will cover the principles, methods, and tools of the Human-Centered Design process—Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver. Participants will engage in hands-on, collaborative activities to apply these concepts in real time, designing future learning experiences tailored to their organizations’ needs. Conducted in an action-learning format, this workshop ensures that by the end, you will be prepared to apply a human-centered approach to learning design, delivery, and evaluation strategies, setting the stage for a successful 2024-2025 school year.
