Jessica has over 10 years of experience developing CX programs across multiple organizations, with a focus on the hospitality, gaming, and restaurant industries. Jessica specializes in large-scale organizational change by taking CX programs from early development to maturity. She has a proven history of using data and insights to execute enterprise-wide initiatives designed to increase customer loyalty and improve guest experience and employee engagement.
Employee Experience Solution Strategist, Qualtrics
Jessie Stidham is an Employee Experience Solution Strategist at Qualtrics based outside Nashville, TN. She has a background in industrial-organizational psychology and works with Qualtrics customers and prospects to design best-in-class employee listening programs. She joined the team in 2022, and for nearly five years prior to joining Qualtrics, she managed employee experience and engagement for a large healthcare organization. Before that, she worked in various HR roles managing programs and strategy including HR systems, talent and performance management, and leadership and organizational development.
