Qualtrics is excited to welcome you to the Black Desert Championship this week at Black Desert Resort.

Please see below for important information that will help shape your experience prior to arrival and on-site.

Tickets

Your ticket(s) will be sent to you via Ticketmaster to the email you provided in your pre-event survey. Your ticket(s) will be sent no later than Wednesday at 5 PM PT.

*Pro-tip: add your digital ticket to your phone’s virtual wallet prior to arrival at the course.

If you have not yet completed your pre-event survey, please submit that as soon as possible so we have the best email to deliver your ticket.

Travel

The tournament will be taking place on site at the resort just steps from the hotel so transportation will not be needed once on site at Black Desert Resort.

Qualtrics hospitality

Locations: Qualtrics guests will be provided with a Legends Pass All Access VIP Experience incuding

Exclusive access to Basalt, the premier steakhouse restaurant at Black Desert with views of holes 1, 9, 10, 18 and 19, – includes complimentary breakfast and lunch from a special Championship menu as well as alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages
Greater Zion Club access on the 16th green and the par-3 17th hole, which includes premium lunch, snacks and alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages
Champions Club access on the 18th green, which includes premium lunch, snacks and alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages
Exclusive access to the VIP Lounge for post-round happy hour featuring chef selected passed & displayed appetizers as well as alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages

Time: 7:30AM – 6:00PM

The PGA TOUR has a list of allowable and prohibited items. All bags must be smaller than 6”x6”x6” or clear bags smaller than 12″x6″x12″, and umbrellas cannot have the sleeves on them.
