Qualtrics is excited to welcome you to the Cognizant Classic in Palm Beach Gardens this week at the PGA National Resort.
Please see below for important information that will help shape your experience prior to arrival and on-site.

Tickets
Your ticket(s) will be sent to you via Ticketmaster to the email you provided in your pre-event survey. Your ticket(s) will be sent no later than Wednesday at 5 PM PT.
*Pro-tip: add your digital ticket to your phone’s virtual wallet prior to arrival at the course. For assistance with accessing and managing your tickets(s), please see the Cognizant Classic’s mobile ticket management resource.
If you have not yet completed your pre-event survey, please submit that as soon as possible so we have the best email to deliver your ticket.
Coffee with Qualtrics and the PGA TOUR
Join us Friday morning, at 9 AM at PGA National Resort’s Muirfield Room for Coffee with Qualtrics and the PGA TOUR®.
Guests will enjoy a networking breakfast with fellow leaders in Experience Management followed by a fireside chat hosted by our Chief Business Officer, Abhi Ingle. Abhi will be joined by PGA TOUR’s® Fan Engagement – Decision Sciences leader, Zach Carlson. The two will share an exclusive look into how the PGA TOUR® is utilizing Qualtrics to elevate the tournament experience.
Travel
Parking: We have a limited number of parking permits available each day of the tournament. Please email pgatourexperience@qualtrics.com if you plan to drive to the course and would like a parking permit. With limited availability, we will do our best to provide parking accommodations and will fulfill requests on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once you have parked, enter through the admissions gate to scan your ticket. Proceed to the entrance of Nicklaus Village (marked with a white H on the course map) to re-scan your ticket and proceed to the chalet with the “Qualtrics XM” signage.
Rideshare: Uber and Taxi drop-off and pick-up is located to the left of the security checkpoint.
Once at the rideshare drop off, enter through the main entrance to scan your ticket. Walk past the driving range and up to the entrance of Nicklaus Village (marked with a white H on the course map) to re-scan your ticket and proceed to the chalet with the “Qualtrics XM” signage.
Staying on property: Walk through the PGA National Resort lobby towards the pro shop. Exit the resort and go through the admissions gate by the main putting green to scan your ticket. Walk straight toward the entrance of Nicklaus Village (marked with a white H on the course map) to re-scan your ticket and proceed to the chalet with the “Qualtrics XM” signage.
Qualtrics hospitality
Location: 18th Green Chalet in Nicklaus Village (marked with the white H on the course map)
Time: The Qualtrics 18th Green Chalet will be open to ticket holders Thursday, Friday, and Saturday beginning at 9 AM until 6 PM.
- Breakfast is served from 9 AM until 10:30 AM
- Lunch is served from 11:30 AM until 2:30 PM
- Afternoon snacks are served from 3 PM until 6 PM
The PGA TOUR has a list of allowable and prohibited items. All bags must be smaller than 6”x6”x6” or clear bags smaller than 12″x6″x12″, and umbrellas cannot have the sleeves on them.

If you requested hotel accommodations through your pre-event survey, you will receive your confirmation details directly from the hotel.

RSVP changes
Please let us know as soon as possible if you’ve had a change in plans and are no longer able to attend, need to adjust the day(s) of attendance, or any other portion of your RSVP.

Please keep in mind that your ticket is non-transferable and will only be honored for the registered guest(s).
