Qualtrics is excited to welcome you to THE PLAYERS Championship in Ponte Vedra Beach this week at TPC Sawgrass.
Please see below for important information that will help shape your experience prior to arrival and on-site.

Tickets
Your ticket(s) will be sent to you via Ticketmaster to the email you provided in your pre-event survey. Your ticket(s) will be sent no later than Wednesday at 5 PM PT.
*Pro-tip: add your digital ticket to your phone’s virtual wallet prior to arrival at the course.
If you have not yet completed your pre-event survey, please submit that as soon as possible so we have the best email to deliver your ticket.
Coffee with Qualtrics and the PGA TOUR®
Friday, March 15 at 10:30 AM
Join us in the Qualtrics suite in the Marquee on 17 Green for Coffee with Qualtrics and the PGA TOUR®.
Guests will enjoy networking with fellow Experience Management leaders over a light breakfast followed by a fireside chat hosted by Qualtrics Senior Solutions Strategist, Jessica Kwa. Jessica will be joined by PGA TOUR’s® Fan Engagement – Decision Sciences leader, Zach Carlson. The two will share an exclusive look into how the PGA TOUR® is utilizing Qualtrics to elevate the tournament experience.
Travel
Shuttle: Qualtrics is providing complimentary shuttle transportation to and from TPC Sawgrass for those not planning to drive or Uber/Lyft. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday the shuttle will depart from the Margaritaville Beach Hotel beginning at 9:30 AM and will run all day approximately every 1 hour. The shuttle will provide return trips from TPC Sawgrass back to the Margaritaville Beach Hotel with the final shuttle return departing at 5:00 PM.
Parking: We have a limited number of parking permits available each day of the tournament. Please email pgatourexperience@qualtrics.com if you plan to drive to the course and would like a parking permit. With limited availability, we will do our best to provide parking accommodations and will fulfill requests on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rideshare: THE PLAYERS has a designated rideshare pickup, and drop-off, location just steps from the Couples Entry off of ATP Tour Boulevard. Rideshare vehicles will be staged outside the Couples Entry during peak exit times. The destination to enter is simply “THE PLAYERS Championship.”
Qualtrics hospitality
Location: THE PLAYERS Marquee #17
THE PLAYERS Marquee is a spacious and private luxury suite that delivers prime views and unparalleled comfort and hospitality for our guests. Centrally located on Hole 17, Qualtrics guests will enjoy views of the Island Green and the electric atmosphere of the most exciting finishing stretch in golf.
Time: The Qualtrics suite will be open to ticket holders on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday beginning at 8:30 AM until 7:00 PM
- Breakfast beverages are served from 8:30 AM until 10:30 AM
- Lunch is served from 11:30 AM until 2:00 PM
- Afternoon snacks are served from 2:15 PM until 4:00 PM
- Happy hour is served from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM
The PGA TOUR has a list of allowable and prohibited items. All bags must be smaller than 6”x6”x6” or clear bags smaller than 12″x6″x12″ and umbrellas cannot have the sleeves on them.

If you requested hotel accommodations through your pre-event survey, you will receive your confirmation details directly from the hotel.

RSVP changes
Please let us know as soon as possible if you’ve had a change in plans and are no longer able to attend, need to adjust the day(s) of attendance, or any other portion of your RSVP.

Please keep in mind that your ticket is non-transferable and will only be honored for the registered guest(s).
