Qualtrics is excited to welcome you to the TOUR Championship this week at East Lake Golf Club.
Please see below for important information that will help shape your experience prior to arrival and on-site.

Tickets
Your ticket(s) will be sent to you via Ticketmaster to the email you provided in your pre-event survey. Your ticket(s) will be sent no later than Wednesday at 5 PM PT.
*Pro-tip: add your digital ticket to your phone’s virtual wallet prior to arrival at the course.
If you have not yet completed your pre-event survey, please submit that as soon as possible so we have the best email to deliver your ticket.
Coffee with Qualtrics and the PGA TOUR®
Friday, August 30 at 8:30 AM
Join us at the Loews Atlanta, Overlook West for Coffee with Qualtrics
Guests will enjoy networking with fellow experience management leaders over a light breakfast followed by a fireside chat hosted by Qualtrics Senior Solutions Strategist, Jenny Reichheld. Jenny will be joined by PGA TOUR’s SVP of Sales and Market Development, Jared Rice. The two will share an exclusive look into how the PGA TOUR® is utilizing Qualtrics to elevate the tournament experience.
Travel
Shuttle: Qualtrics is providing complimentary shuttle transportation to and from East Lake for all guests Thursday through Sunday. The shuttles will depart from the Loews Atlanta Hotel beginning at 10:00 AM and will run all day approximately every 30 minutes. The shuttles will provide return trips from East Lake back to the Loews Atlanta Hotel with the final shuttle return departing at 5:30 PM. Guests taking the shuttle should valet park at the Loews and let the valet stand know you’re with the Qualtrics group.

Rideshare: Rideshare offers convenience and efficiency for getting to and from East Lake Golf Club, regardless of where fans reside in the Metro Atlanta area. Simply enter “TOUR Championship” as the destination to be directed to the designated lot.
With a dedicated drop-off and pick-up area located on 2nd Avenue, fans are just steps away from the golf action after entering through the Rideshare Gate presented by Atlanta Drive GC. As the day at East Lake Golf Club comes to an end, fans can rest in the Atlanta Drive GC Rideshare Lounge as they wait for their ride home.
Parking: We do not have parking passes for this event. We encourage you to take advantage of the complimentary shuttles from the Loews.

The PGA TOUR has a list of allowable and prohibited items. All bags must be smaller than 6”x6”x6” or clear bags smaller than 12″x6″x12″, and umbrellas cannot have the sleeves on them.

If you requested hotel accommodations through your pre-event survey, you will receive your confirmation details directly from the hotel.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you’ve had a change in plans and are no longer able to attend, need to adjust the day(s) of attendance, or any other portion of your RSVP.

Please keep in mind that your ticket is non-transferable and will only be honored for the registered guest(s).
