IHRP and Qualtrics to Advance Employee Experience Capabilities in Singapore

5000+ HR professionals in Singapore to be equipped with expert-designed EX methodologies, industry research, and best practices
SINGAPORE, May 18, 2022 – The Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) and Qualtrics (Nasdaq: XM), the leader and creator of the experience management (XM) category, are partnering to help organisations across Singapore improve their employee experience (EX) by advancing EX capabilities and knowledge in the country.
As employers increasingly prioritise improving their EX in response to the shift to hybrid work and the race for talent, the agreement between Qualtrics and IHRP will enable IHRP’s community of over 5,000 certified HR professionals to access expert advice, guidance, and support to increase employee engagement, reduce turnover, boost well-being and safety, optimise hybrid work strategies, and more.
IHRP certified professionals will receive access via the IHRP Connect learning platform to Qualtrics’ expert-designed EX methodologies, industry research, and best practices to help them listen, understand, and act on the changing and diverse needs of their employees. Qualtrics and the IHRP will also run dedicated learning events and masterclasses to enhance EX capabilities in Singapore.

Earlier this year, Qualtrics – alongside SAP – announced the Centre for XM Innovation in Asia, which is focused on advancing local and regional experience management capabilities. Supported by the Singapore Economic Board of Development, the Centre is focused on helping organisations redefine their customer and employee experience in response to evolving expectations and needs. Alongside the Centre for XM Innovation, Qualtrics opened a data centre in Singapore in mid-2021 to provide customers with direct access to the Qualtrics XM/OS platform locally.
