Qualtrics Announces New Latin America Hub in Mexico City with Plans to Create 300 New Tech Jobs in the Region

With two decades in Mexico, Qualtrics helps more than 600 Latin American customers, including Mercado Libre, Cemex, and Telcel collect, analyze and act on customer and employee feedback, at scale

PROVO, Utah & MEXICO CITY (Nov. 7, 2023) – Qualtrics, the leader and creator of the experience management category, today announced plans for a new expanded office in Mexico City, which will serve as the company’s Latin America hub. Qualtrics also announced a commitment to create 300 new jobs in the area across all functions, including engineering, product, support, finance, sales and marketing, and operations roles, to support the company’s growing business in Latin America and around the world.

Qualtrics has had a presence in Mexico City for over two decades, and more than 600 Latin American organizations trust Qualtrics’ platform to help them build deeper relationships with their customers and employees. The new office will accelerate Qualtrics’ business in Latin America and around the world as it invests in artificial intelligence, developing AI-powered solutions to make businesses more human. 

Qualtrics’ cloud-native software uses the most advanced natural language processing and machine learning technology to help companies quickly identify and resolve their customers’ and employees’ points of friction, so they can prevent attrition, protect revenue, and build loyalty.  

Qualtrics’ new Mexico City office will be located in a bustling new commercial core in Torre Anseli, in the southern half of Mexico City, and is expected to open in spring of 2024.
