Last updated:  May 4, 2020

LONDON and MADRID, May 4, 2020 — Qualtrics, the leader in customer experience and creator of the experience management category, today announced that Telefónica has renewed its Qualtrics EmployeeXM licence for 2020.

Telefónica bet on Qualtrics EmployeeXM in 2019 after a rigorous RFP that involved other providers like Medallia, Glint, Worklytics and Lukkap.

“Our trust in Qualtrics has been completely repaid across the last year,” said Sergio De La Calle Asensio, Head of Engagement at Telefónica Global. “We’re looking forward to growing our partnership through 2020 and taking our global employee experience program to new levels.”

EmployeeXM empowers organizations like Telefónica to close experience gaps by gathering feedback across the entire employee lifecycle. With a people science-backed approach, EmployeeXM automatically identifies the actions HR leaders and managers can take to drive strategic transformation and improve the everyday experiences of employees that deliver back to the bottom line.
