Accelerating support to protect government sensitive data

Today, Qualtrics announced it’s XM Platform™ has attained SOC2 Type II attestation with plans to enable U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Impact Level 4 (IL4) data. This will empower DoD personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders to leverage the XM Platform to listen to and act on the needs of their people, at scale, while staying compliant with laws, regulations, and government-wide policies.
By leveraging the XM Platform, DoD agencies will be better able to manage workloads including export-controlled data, privacy information, and protected health information as well as other controlled unclassified information. Teams will be better equipped to obtain experience data from service members on their readiness, environment, and the tools they use to support the mission. This becomes a force multiplier, decreasing costs and increasing the speed for leadership to listen, understand, and take meaningful action on the challenges faced by our nation’s service members and their families.
The Qualtrics XM Platform maintains security certifications including ISO 27001, DoD IL2, and FedRAMP Moderate. Qualtrics is also HITRUST certified, which means its technology platform provides customers the tools they need to manage HIPAA compliance. In addition to planning for DoD IL4, Qualtrics is also planning for FedRAMP High certification to protect some of the government’s most sensitive, unclassified data.
