VIRTUAL EVENT EXPERIENCE
Bridging the health equity gap: From one-size fits all to personalized experiences with impact
March 26, 2024 / 4 PM CT / 5 PM ET
Join us for an event where Dr. Nneka Sederstrom, along with healthcare XM strategist Ariel Jones, will discuss how Hennepin Healthcare is using modern experience management in healthcare to build trust across their diverse patient communities.
The event will begin with a wine and cheese tasting hosted by a professional Sommelier. Following the tasting, there will be a discussion about Hennepin Healthcare’s mission to create equitable experiences by understanding the unique voice of the patient. The discussion will focus on their challenges to collect meaningful feedback from socially vulnerable populations, and how flexible approaches to collecting patient feedback have increased insights across these populations in a very short amount of time. Additionally, the discussion will cover Hennepin Healthcare’s end-to-end strategic approach to driving health equity in Minnesota and the positive business impact they experienced.
The event will conclude with a live Q&A session, and we would be delighted to have you join us!
