One Team + Customer Obsessed: Kevin, Global Operations Guru

My "why" is helping my teams achieve their potential. Whether the team is my recreational softball team, my family, my small work team, my department, or something bigger, I think a little bit of strategy and a lot of teamwork goes a long way in bringing out the best in us. Qualtrics connects with my why because we intentionally foster a culture of teamwork internally; and, externally, our business proposition is centered on helping our clients' teams function at a higher level.

What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place?

The product. I love strategy and constant improvement, so the ability to gather more data and use it to create strategic insights inspired me.

Why is it still Qualtrics for you? How has Qualtrics lived up to your expectations? How has it been different?

The culture. I have been stunned by how friendly and easy to work with everyone is. The strong work-life culture coupled with high expectations for individual performance strikes a nice balance.

What is your top #LifeHack?

Get enough sleep.

What 3 words would you use to describe Qualtrics to someone?

Quick, Ambitious, Scrappy.

How do you feel you've been able to apply what you studied at school to your career?

I apply strategic management learnings every day as I break down problems, identify solutions, and present those solutions in a clear and convincing way.
