Matt, Senior BX Solutions Architect: On optimizing yourself and others

My name is Matt, and I’m a BX Solutions Architect. 6 years ago, I relocated to Provo, UT from Austin, TX to be a Sales Development Representative. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work in multiple roles across the company. My favorite part of my role is understanding our clients’ needs and making sure we put together the right mix of technology and services to make their programs a success. BX is a new product, so it’s been fun watching the product evolve, and defining my role.
