Francisco, Account Executive, talks about “Why Qualtrics”
I always knew I liked to listen to people, and that most problems we face in life, are "people problems" (this means poor communication, wrongly assuming things, fear of giving bad news, etc). An important common ground between these life problems is that they can be solved by just talking. Just by being clear enough by saying what we need, what we think, or simply share our feelings. I think Qualtrics is a solution to have this mindset in a corporate environment, and accept that being closer to our customers and employees in this difficult world is more important than ever.
What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place?
The startup environment made me feel as if I was going to be part of something at the early stages (at least in LATAM!!).
What was the turning point where you knew you 'had to have the job' at Qualtrics?
I realised that experience management was something at the heart of every company and the market was acknowledging it.
What does your day look like?
Not so well these days - 99% because of the pandemic and lockdowns. I miss going to an office and having a normal dynamic. I am connected with my PC like 10 hours per day (I am also studying for an MBA) but, putting COVID aside, I like my job.
What is your favorite part of your role?
To be part of strategic projects for my customers. I learn a lot!!!
