Dane, Technical Account Manager: when work works
I've always wanted to make a positive impact on the people I work with. Being a Qualtrics TAM allows me to be a source of assistance whenever necessary. Being surrounded by other kind and like-minded individuals helps grow this feeling of belonging.
What does your day look like?
My day starts out with me checking my emails and any tasks that are coming due soon. I typically have at least two client meetings every day so I do my best to be prepared for those. I also try to work through as many tasks as I can in between meetings.
What is your favorite part of your role?
My favorite part is the autonomy I have in interacting with my clients and setting my schedule. I do most of my best work in the morning so having the flexibility to schedule my meetings in the afternoon maximizes my productivity.
What has surprised you most about working at Qualtrics?
I have been most surprised by the people I work with and their willingness to help. Out of all the places I've worked, asking questions to others is definitely the easiest at Qualtrics. I'm never afraid to ask for help since everyone is always willing to provide assistance.
What 3 words would you use to describe Qualtrics to someone?
Unified. People-first. Trustworthy.
