First Day
What does my first day look like?
Your first day will take place virtually, tuning into a Zoom Call from home. You will receive a calendar invite about a week before your start date containing the schedule for the day.

Where is the office located?

How do I get my badges?
For the Chicago office, you will need two access cards: one to get you up the elevator and a second to get you into the Qualtrics suite.
Badges must be worn at ALL TIMES while on Qualtrics premises. To have an I.D. badge and/or building access card waiting for you fill out this survey. Filling out the survey in advance can prevent an in-person delay while the team gets the badge set up for you.
Please use this survey to submit a photo for your photo badge ID.
How do I get in?
On your first day in the office you will check in with the receptionist in the main lobby. Tell them you are a Qualtrics employee. They will badge you up to the 12th floor. Once on 12, you will check in using the envoy iPad. Please put either your manager’s name or Jamie Desai (Office Manager). Someone will be out to greet you shortly after.
Who do I contact if I can’t get in?
Please contact your manager or Jamie Desai via slack (which you will set up on Day 1)
Parking
Where do I park?
The parking garage is attached to our building and is located on Lake Street.
All parkers must use the pay station which accepts cash and credit cards. We do not validate parking.
Do I need special access/permission?
No, you just enter the garage and pay to park
Do I get a pass for public transit?
No
