Culture and People: Luis explains what attracted him to Qualtrics

After 18 years in sales, every new quarter and every new year is a new challenge for my professional career. I’m passionate about discovering new limits and being in sales is a very nice activity to keep me pushing my limits. That is why I joined Qualtrics some months ago, to keep pushing hard. One of the things that match perfectly with me is Qualtrics culture and, most importantly, the people.

What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place?

People & Culture. Companies are made of people. They are their most valuable asset and have never been in a company where culture is so amazing, inspiring for every workday.

What is your favorite part of your role?

Having the ability to transform companies and businesses is key for my role and with Qualtrics technology. I'm able to do it, in order to help companies for people at their jobs, success is something that means work together and success means great teamwork.

What's a favorite moment/memory of your time at Qualtrics so far? Or an impactful moment?

My hiring process was during this pandemic. Interviews, calls, and my on-boarding was all completed online. Qualtrics people were always there to answer and to give the best advice. The experience was over my expectations.

What 3 words would you use to describe Qualtrics to someone?

Development, people, and culture.
