What was the turning point when you knew you had to have the job at Qualtrics?
Qualtrics's dedication to leading and innovating in the Experience Management space.
What is your favorite part of your role?
The best part of my role is that I get to use my software engineering background and combine that with frontline customer interaction in services. I get to understand our customers' pain points and an opportunity to solve their problems with the creative use of our offerings. I love being at the intersection of customers, technology and business. Each customer is unique and I need to have a different approach to architect a solution for them.
What has surprised you the most about working at Qualtrics?
Having been at a couple startups before being a part of Qualtrics, I was used to flat hierarchies, being in a transparent environment and having the ability to ask questions of company leaders. When I joined Qualtrics I was surprised at the level of transparency within Qualtrics and frankly hadn’t expected Qualtrics to still have a lot of its startup DNA still intact at the size that we now are. I credit that to our TACOS values.

Adi is an alumnus of Rochester Institute of Technology and University of Pune and started his career at Saion Corp. An interesting fact about Adi is that he has piloted a helicopter. |
