What is your favorite part of your role?
The best part of my role is that I get to use my software engineering background and combine that with frontline customer interaction in services. I get to understand our customers' pain points and an opportunity to solve their problems with the creative use of our offerings. I love being at the intersection of customers, technology and business. Each customer is unique and I need to have a different approach to architect a solution for them.
What has surprised you the most about working at Qualtrics?
Having been at a couple startups before being a part of Qualtrics, I was used to flat hierarchies, being in a transparent environment and having the ability to ask questions of company leaders. When I joined Qualtrics I was surprised at the level of transparency within Qualtrics and frankly hadn’t expected Qualtrics to still have a lot of its startup DNA still intact at the size that we now are. I credit that to our TACOS values.
|Adi is an alumnus of Rochester Institute of Technology and University of Pune and started his career at Saion Corp. An interesting fact about Adi is that he has piloted a helicopter.|
