Provo Office FAQ
First Day
What does my first day look like?
Your first day will take place in person at the Provo Office. You will receive a calendar invite about a week before your start date containing the schedule for the day. Day 1 in the office includes tuning into the orientation zoom call, picking up swag, and getting an office tour. Lunch will be provided.
If you are unable to make it to the office on your first day, there will be a zoom link provided to you that you can join from home.

How do I get my badge?
The front desk will print your badge for you to pick up on Day 1. They will take a picture of you when you arrive at the office to put on your badge.
How do I get into the office?
Enter through the front entrance and wait in the lobby. Receptionists in the main lobby can issue access badges to all new hires.
Do the doors lock at specific times?
The doors are locked before 8:00 am and after 5:00 pm, but someone will be in the lobby to let you inside. On your first day, you will be given a badge that will allow you to get into the office even when the doors are locked.
Parking
Do I need special access/permission?
No, you do not need a pass to park in the Qualtrics parking lot. Please do not park in visitor spots or loading zones. If you require a maternity parking spot, you can pick up a pass at the front desk on your first day.
Where do I park if I can’t find a spot?
There is an overflow parking lot on 300 W just to the east of the Qualtrics building. You may park in any available spot in that lot.
Is there a place to store my bike?
Yes, Qualtrics has a bike room to store your bike.
