Sydney Office FAQ
First Day
- When should I arrive?
Please arrive by 9:00 am.
- What does my first day look like?
In the morning you will be busy with office induction and laptop setup. Onboarding sessions will run from 1 pm - 3 pm.
- When will I meet my manager and team?
Once you have finished your laptop set up with IT, your manager will pick you up and introduce you to the team!
Office Information
- Where is the office located?
Level 15, 1 Denison Street, North Sydney NSW 2060
- How do I get into the office on my first day?
Your building badges will be shipped to you with your laptop before your first day.
Upon arrival to level 15 please call Jenn Shi on 0452 565 228. Jenn will provide you with an office tour and show you to your neighbourhood.
- Do the doors lock at specific times?
Your Qualtrics badge will provide you with 24/7 access to the building and office and is required for access to the building and office at all times.
- What is the best way to get to the office?
- Train - North Sydney Station is the closest train station. When you get off, walk through Greenwood shopping plaza, take the escalator to the top level and walk on the footbridge over the motorway. It's about a 3 minute walk.
- Parking - Secure Parking on 110 Walker Street has an Early Bird rate of $25.
- Bike Storage - 1 Denison has fantastic end-of-trip facilities including bike storage and change rooms. Your building badge is required to access these features, so we recommend using an alternate method of transport on your first day.
