Qualtrics again named a Leader in 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Voice of the Customer report

The Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Voice of the Customer (VoC) 2024 report has been published, and we’re proud to reveal that Qualtrics has been named a Leader in the VoC market once again.

In the report, Gartner assesses and evaluates VoC vendors – providers that help brands listen and stay attuned to the ever-changing needs of their customers – and places them in one of four quadrants: Niche Players, Visionaries, Challengers and Leaders.

After a holistic platform evaluation, Gartner has named Qualtrics a Leader along with 3 other vendors. This makes Qualtrics a Leader for the 3rd time.
