Assessment Emails

What are your assessment emails?

These are the email communications you’ll use to email evaluators (people evaluating others) and subjects (people being evaluated) about the assessment. Most 360 assessment projects involve 3 different email templates (for each evaluators and subjects):

  1. First-day launch email
  2. One mid-survey reminder
  3. One final reminder


What should good assessment emails include?

Each of your survey emails will be slightly different but they should all include the following information:

  • Deadline for completing the assessment
  • How they can access the assessment link
  • Any specific information relating to the survey access – i.e., unique links or passwords
  • Where to go if they have any questions



What do you need to prepare?

You will need your survey email templates in a word document so you can add them into the system to launch. Our survey system handles all emailing and is designed to embed unique information like employee name or link in the system. It’s also designed to ensure we don’t email people who have already completed the survey.

When do you need it prepared by?

Your Implementation Consultant will define deadlines with you further, but for a small simple project we will need you to finalize email messages no later than one week out from your desired survey launch date.
