Adrian, Product Specialist, on How His Qualtrics Career is the Perfect Mix
Adrian is one of our Product Specialists and is based out of our Dublin office. Our Product Specialists interact with our customers and provide support as they use the Qualtrics XM Platform. They're solving complex and unique problems to help our customers be successful, working on cross-functional, high-impact projects, gaining valuable experience that prepares them to move into new roles and opportunities.
I have always loved helping others, tinkering with technology, and having the chance to make an actual impact.
Becoming a product specialist at Qualtrics was one of the best ways of connecting with that why. We help customers on a daily basis get the most out of the platform so they can engage with their clients in new, imaginative ways. Since the platform is always evolving, it is a great way of pushing myself to keep learning about our technology along with the latest trends in the industry.
What was the turning point where you “had to have the job”?
Meeting the team during the last stage of the interview process in Dublin. Everyone was so incredibly nice that it was impossible to say no.
What is your favorite part of your role?
Being the CX Team Lead here in Dublin, I have the opportunity to combine my passion for Customer Experience with an ability to have a real impact by suggesting ways to improve internal processes.
