What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place?
The stage the company is at in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) right now. There's so much potential and amazing growth plans for the near future, which will allows me to grow with the company.
What was the turning point where you knew you 'had to have the job' at Qualtrics?
Every interviewer demonstrated the values the company lives by. That was fantastic to see.
What does your day look like?
Whether it's onboarding new hires, coaching account executives, or running workshops for teams - there's always work to be done. Mostly, I enjoy working with my team members or cross-departmental colleagues on bigger projects that potentially have an EMEA-wide impact, e.g. establishing virtual industry communities for our sellers to connect with their counterparts from other countries. Each day is different!
Any tips for someone who is considering a role at Qualtrics?
Thoroughly prepare for the interviews. Go through the requirements, use the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Results) system to prepare examples of where/when you successfully demonstrated those, and lastly, just be yourself!
What is your top #LifeHack?
When taking short-distance flights, always board last and take the vacant seats in the front. More leg space for free!
