Why Qualtrics – Charles Lasco – Senior Program Architect – Seattle, WA
I have an innate sense of curiosity and am passionate about learning. For example, in my personal life, I serve on the Board of Camp Fire Central Puget Sound, where I help in providing children the opportunity to experience the outdoors and develop leadership skills in an inclusive environment. Likewise, at Qualtrics, I am able to enjoy continuous learning, and get to help our clients understand their customers on a deeper level.
What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place?
I wanted to be part of a team that was a market leader and that provided me the opportunity to grow with the Company.
What does your day look like?

Any tips for someone who is considering a role at Qualtrics?

The degree to which we live the One Team Leadership Principle. I am consistently amazed by how quickly people rally to lend support to drive a customer outcome.
