Our end-of-year DEI report aims to fulfill one of our core values — transparency. This report reflects back on the progress throughout the year and also the areas where we can improve and take action.
We are making progress toward our long-term goals, despite some challenges along the way.

This work is ongoing, and we are in it for the long haul. We understand we may not get it right immediately, but we will continually strive to do better and work towards our vision of representation that matches the world around us and inclusion that exceeds it.
