The most important thing for me is to find fulfillment in the work I do and to make a positive impact on those around me. Qualtrics enables me to work alongside talented individuals to solve complex problems every day. I enjoy the work I am doing and I feel I am making a strong impact.
What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place?
The people and culture.
What was the turning point where you knew you 'had to have the job' at Qualtrics?
During the interview process, after seeing the excitement and positivity in the face of interviewers, I knew I had to have a job at Qualtrics.
What does your day look like?
I meet with customers every day. I prefer to meet with customers in the afternoon, and use my morning as a way to prep for my customer meetings.
What is your favorite part of your role?
Understanding a customer's problem and working internally with the intelligent people of Qualtrics to present a solution that delights the customers.
Any tips for someone who is considering a role at Qualtrics? Or advice for someone looking to get into a career like yours? Tips for someone in general?
It is really important to understand what drives you. Are you excited about being scrappy and getting to the finish line by all means necessary? Are you comfortable with ambiguity?
What has surprised you most about working at Qualtrics?
I am surprised how seamless my transition from consulting to customer success has been.
What made you want to get into customer success?
I wanted to leverage my consulting skills and work with customers to solve problems.
What are your aspirations in your career/life?
My career aspiration is to always be engaged in roles that enable me to push up and learn something new every day.
What's a favorite moment/memory of your time at Qualtrics so far? Or an impactful moment?
XM Grammys. My team performed a dance to the song called Mambo No 5.

What's a myth about your type of job that you'd like to bust? Or about working at Qualtrics?
Qualtrics is NOT just a survey company. Qualtrics is re-engineering what marketing is and is in the forefront of experience management.
