What is your 'why'? Why do you do what you do?
What I am looking for is working on a team where I feel like we are working towards a goal together and have each other's backs no matter what. I want to learn new things on a daily basis and take on new challenges that get me out of my comfort zone.
What are your aspirations in career/life?
At Qualtrics, I not only work with the most intelligent people but also with the most incredible, caring and fun team. My work does not feel like work on most days and this is what I ultimately look for in my life.
Why is Qualtrics still the place for you?
I have been with Qualtrics more than two years now and I just love my job and the whole team around me. I am continuously presented with new opportunities, interesting projects, and challenges which allow me to grow professionally. There is certainly never a dull day.
What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place?
The growth opportunities at Qualtrics.
What is your favorite part of your role?
The best thing about my role is that I work with every single member of my team on a regular basis.
What has surprised you most about working at Qualtrics?
How friendly the people are; everyone I meet has a very positive attitude and high energy.
