The variety of the role, learning about different industries, organisations, and people. Having the opportunity to earn great money and with that money live the lifestyle I choose

- Product based on Artificial intelligence
- Growth trajectory - not too early stage to be insecure and not too established where there's nothing to sell
- The talent already in the organisation - to be surrounded by other top performers
