My ‘why’ is because, in my role, I help many of our customers deliver superior positive experiences to their customers and employees. Thus, indirectly, I touch the lives of many and enrich them positively. That alone makes me pumped to come to work at Qualtrics every day for almost 5 years now.

On a professional note, from being the 3rd employee to start in APJ to opening three offices across APJ, Qualtrics has allowed me to grow my skills in leaps and bounds.

What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place?

I could see that Qualtrics was a growth-mindset company with a world-class product and best SaaS sales organization in the world.

What was the turning point where you ‘had to have the job’?

When I learned about having the opportunity to team up with Bill McMurray to launch Asia-Pacific Japan for Qualtrics.

What does your day look like?

In all my tasks, I focus on how to grow Qualtrics across different parts of Asia and help our customers deliver superior experiences to their customers and employees.

What is your favorite part of your role?

Working with customers in Asia on building and enriching their customer and employee experience programs.

Any tips for someone who is considering a role at Qualtrics?

Come in with a growth mindset. You are limited only by your own imagination.

What surprised you most about working at Qualtrics?

Radical transparency right from the CEO-level down.

What made you want to get into CX?

Ten years ago, I saw companies spend millions on pulling all kinds of customer data together in a single system except the customer’s own experience data. They were essentially looking backward, rather than forward. Customer experience was still in infancy but growing. At the time, I saw it becoming essential for organisations to gain a competitive edge and wanted to be part of it. Rest is history as they say.

What is your top #LifeHack?

I schedule my work-travel effectively to maximize the time I spend my daughters.
