Tickets Mobile App
1 – Qualtrics Account Set Up
You must have a production Qualtrics account. In addition, your Qualtrics account MUST have API Access and tickets permission.
Access API permission REQUIRED for account to successfully login to the mobile app.
Use Qualtrics Tickets permission REQUIRED for account to successfully login to the mobile app.
2 – Getting the Mobile App
The app can be downloaded from the app store and installed by searching for “Qualtrics Tickets.” You can also follow one of these links:
Apple Store Google Play StoreUpon installation of the mobile app, you will log in using your Qualtrics account username (typically your e-mail address) and password. SSO users are not currently supported.
Once you’re in the app, you will be able to view and act on all of your tickets. In addition, you can filter and search for tickets that you may want to work on first.
