What are your survey emails?

These are the communications templates you’ll use to email employees about the survey. All projects will probably have at least three different email templates:

  1. Participant Invite
  2. Participant Reminders
  3. Dashboard Invite

What should good survey emails include?

Each of your survey emails will be slightly different but they may include the following information:

  • Dates the survey is live
  • How participants can access the survey
  • Where to go if they have any questions


What do you need to prepare?

Our survey system handles all emailing and is designed to embed unique information like employee name or survey link in the system. It’s also designed to ensure we don’t email people who have already completed the survey. You will need to draft email templates and upload them into the system prior to launch.

When will this need to be completed?

Your Implementation Consultant will define deadlines with you further, but generally you need your final email messages no later than one week before your desired survey launch date. To help get you started, we have provided standard email templates below.
